I review for my wife who is celiac. Great gluten-free pizza filled in the Neapolitan style. The dough is artisanal and good, prepared by a local external supplier. The owner and the waiters are very kind and attentive to gluten-free needs, but they do not have certifications since they do not have separate kitchens and the wood-fired oven for the pizzas is the same for all. Of course, the gluten-free pizza is baked in a dedicated aluminum tray, but for celiacs more sensitive to powders, this may not be enough. That said, we have been going there regularly for 3 years and my wife has never had contamination issues. As for gluten-free desserts, panna cotta is always available, but occasionally you can also find some other homemade dessert.

excellent restaurant, I have been here several times and I have always been satisfied. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially at hand! There is a wide choice for celiac people, both pizzas and desserts; the staff told us that the pizza dough is not made in-house, but we found it excellent, in true Neapolitan pizza style, really exquisite. The menu is very vast, offering every type of food; it is much more than a pizzeria! Really really good, absolutely recommended. Also, the atmosphere is very homey, perfect if you want to watch a game but also spend an evening with friends!

Gluten-free pizza is GREAT!! If you pass by Pisa, you can't miss trying it! Too bad there wasn't a gluten-free Sicilian cannoli as well...! Very friendly staff and very honest prices. Congratulations!!

Gluten-free pizza EXCELLENT. I highly recommend it. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable. The bill was very fair, in fact, we spent very little.
