Gluten-free pizza is good, although it could be improved. They have almost the entire menu gluten-free.

My daughter and I are celiac. We ate at Dio! They have gluten-free pasta and you can choose the sauce/topping you want. We had tagliatelle with ragù. Excellent! A bit undercooked here and there but hardly noticeable. Then the mixed grill was SUPER! They have gluten-free desserts that we didn't order because we were full. Everything was very abundant!

Very nice environment. I had pizza twice: once for dinner at the restaurant and once for takeout. I must say I am celiac, so I don't know what 'normal' pizzas are like. As far as I'm concerned, the gluten-free pizzas, although tasty, had some issues: the one eaten on-site was a bit difficult to chew... While the takeout one was raw at the base and burnt (blackened) at the top of the crust... Quick and friendly service. Clean environment. Another negative note for the takeout... As soon as I got into the car, I was flooded with toppings that leaked out very liquid from one of the pizza boxes.

A paradise for the celiacs and not only. I did not leave without embracing the staff, the pizza maker, and the chef just for decorum, but I did it virtually. Well-maintained environment, business tables for lunch, fast and attentive service, and truly spectacular dishes. For celiacs: indulge yourselves, but first have them bring you the hot white pizza with rosemary: never had it like this gluten-free!!!! Very kind staff. Highly recommended.

The venue is completely renovated and I found the style, minimalist and modern, really interesting. The spaces are wide and allow for large tables, without too much effort (there are also large round tables where guests can see each other, which I find really nice!) The food is excellent and the menu offers a great choice, including gluten-free options: not just vegetable dishes/second courses, but also homemade pasta. The cost is average and the quality of the food is excellent, so for me, it's a great value. Personally, I really appreciated: Pinzimonio (I love munching on fresh vegetables to start the meal instead of breadsticks or bread): abundant and with a wide variety of vegetables. Octopus and potatoes: well-cooked, flavorful, and balanced. Mixed salad: also abundant and with various vegetables. Roast potatoes: well-cooked and seasoned very deliciously. At the table, they also ordered and found excellent: Seafood spaghetti. Baked gnocchi. Oven-baked lasagna (which received an ovation!). Beef tagliata. Mixed bruschetta. For me, an excellent place, to try and try again.

We had dinner here on a Saturday night, and overall the judgment was good. - Despite the restaurant being packed, the numerous waiters managed to keep the service running well. Of course, on weekends the place can be really crowded (with over 400 covers) and the waits a bit long, but despite that we were served with professionalism and without hitches. - The parking is large, but not enough for busy days, so you may find yourself parking on nearby streets. - As a celiac, I express my opinion on the gluten-free service offered by the restaurant. Almost the entire menu is available in a gluten-free version, with fresh pasta and pizzas made directly by them, so nothing is packaged. While chatting with the waiter, it emerged that: - All gluten-free doughs are prepared before making other preparations, to limit the risk of cross-contamination. For fried foods, a separate fryer is used, and the gluten-free pasta is cooked separately from the regular ones. - Unfortunately, regarding gluten-free pizzas, they do not have a dedicated oven for cooking nor a separate station for stretching and preparation. The risk of contamination in the pizzeria department is, in my opinion, high, so assess for yourself whether to take the risk. Let's say for a simple intolerant person it might be okay, but for an allergic person or a celiac, it’s not ideal. - For such a large place, the effort to offer many gluten-free alternatives is commendable, in order to satisfy every type of customer, but I believe that for the more at-risk preparations, like first courses and pizzas, it is necessary to try to find a separate area from the rest of the kitchen, where these preparations can be done more safely. - The gluten-free pizza was good, although very thin and with little crust (personal opinion). The other pizzas at the table with classic dough were all very good nonetheless. - Surely, there is no zero risk anywhere, not even in restaurants informed by AIC, unless they are exclusively Gluten Free. However, it would be more correct to better inform the customer that contamination in the kitchen/pizzeria could very well occur, instead of trying to convince them otherwise. Regarding this, I received the usual two incorrect and misleading statements, namely that "gluten burns at high temperatures" and that "no one has ever been ill in this restaurant", so you can be more than calm. I would avoid proposing such statements again, which can disorient an inexperienced customer but certainly not someone who has been living with dietary issues for years and knows very well how it works. I would certainly have appreciated a more correct and fair information from the staff, so that everyone can make informed choices with awareness and responsibility. In conclusion, it was a positive experience, especially for those who ordered the "normal" dishes, a bit less for the gluten-free, which could use some extra care. The bill was slightly above average, but nothing exaggerated.

We went to this pizzeria because we were looking for a gluten-free pizza. The gluten-free pizzas were not very thin and the dough was really not good at all. Moreover, when we went to the register, we were asked for 59.50 Euros for 4 pizzas and a bottle of water, including 21.50 for a truffle pizza, with no price listed anywhere. Terrible experience, never again...

The place is nice, the staff are courteous. The fish dishes and pasta are good, even gluten-free. The pizza left a bit to be desired, both in terms of cooking and the quality of the dough (especially the gluten-free one).
