Absolutely delicious food, especially gluten-free, which is on another level compared to other restaurants. Recommended to everyone who wants to eat good food in an amazing western atmosphere.

Food lived up to expectations, waiters were very kind but a bit forgetful (we had to ask for things twice for them to be brought). They are certified, so it's safe; the gluten-free menu is quite modest, but what I didn't understand is that on the regular menu there were at least another 10 dishes that were gluten-free but not marked... very strange!

More lights than shadows in the overall experience... but it can be improved... perfect reservation made through the app, with a confirmation email, positive feedback upon arrival, a welcome from the manager that met expectations, seating at the table quickly... need for a gluten-free menu, which was excellent in terms of choice and prices, but we had to indicate our need for a gluten-free menu to the waitress who set the table, despite it being clearly stated in the reservation that there were celiac individuals... the table was therefore set immediately with the delivery of the menu and table setting as per the AIC/AFC guidelines. We ordered some gluten-free dishes... after about 15 minutes, a kitchen staff member informed us that due to a malfunction of the specific gluten-free fryer, they would not be able to serve any fried or breaded dishes. So, we made a verbal change on the fly, swapping wraps, fries, and various nuggets for sandwiches and hamburgers, which were our only option at that point, putting salad inside and as a side instead of fries... unexpected issues can happen... but when we asked if the original order would be modified immediately, we were told it would be adjusted at the end at the cash register. Okay... we continued eating the good gluten-free sandwiches, though they took a bit longer than acceptable (over 20 minutes...), a waiter asked if we wanted anything else... we ordered two desserts and coffee... the coffee arrived immediately, and strangely before the desserts... which came only after 10-15 minutes from ordering... okay... Saturday evening and I believe over 100-150 people to serve... but there was good organization for the reception and less attention to the table service, especially regarding timing and coordination... nothing serious, just an aspect to improve... at the end of dinner, we went to the cash register with the original order, no longer consistent with the changes made by the kitchen in terms of type and prices, and we had to wait and clarify with the staff, menu in hand, what had happened with the order change, without it being our responsibility... in the end, a good evening, but it can be improved... we will return to see if it was just a night when the staff and the establishment weren't at 100% or ... we will see.. Aside from what was mentioned in the previous point, I would say that perhaps the waiting area could be better organized (the classic queue that forms at the entrance when entering): maybe the peanut area could be avoided, as when leaving there was a large amount of peanuts and shells on the ground, which doesn’t create a good image; and given the ubiquitous use of mobile phones and technology for everyone of all ages, making table reservations mandatory, especially on busier days like Saturdays and Sundays, in order to avoid a overlap of people entering with and without reservations...

I tried the gluten-free menu - AIC certified establishment - where dishes are served on yellow plates and cutlery in a sealed package with a red AIC sticker featuring a crossed-out ear of wheat. A suitable choice, albeit limited. With two separate kitchens, they should be able to offer a broader gluten-free selection of salads, bowls, and sides, not just limited to burger menus, considering vegan/vegetarian options as well. The wait for service was quite long - I understand that Sunday is a particularly busy day - but it would be preferable for diners at a table to start their meal together. The beyond burger was excellent, definitely worth the wait, but portion sizes should generally be more generous and sauces should be served separately by default. The portions of side vegetables accompanying the burgers should be more plentiful - nonetheless, the choice of fresh vegetables and produce is commendable. The Mini Cookie dessert was great, but for the price, the portion should be more generous. The availability of crayons and gadgets for kids is excellent. Three stars for the food in relation to gluten-free portion sizes and selection. The service is slow in delivering orders to the table, but the waitstaff deserve five stars for being very kind and attentive on a busy day.
