sushi very expensive but good

Great dishes with flavors different from the usual sushi. It's a shame about the tempura, which I was hoping to find gluten-free. For the rest, care and attention for celiacs.

the best sushi I have tried in Milan so far (it's expensive but worth it). Unique varieties, super fresh fish, everything is very well taken care of

Truly spectacular. I don’t understand why it is called pastry, given that there are no types of 'sweet' sushi, but apart from that, impeccable. Wide menu, with a vast selection of fish and seafood (e.g., scallops, which are quite unusual in a sushi restaurant). Balanced portions, especially in the arrangement of the various pieces. Many fusion selections, especially in the uramaki, which are delicious as well. Particularly noteworthy is the dessert: I finally managed to taste a classic mochi worthy of the name; rich dough that is not too sticky, savory filling that is not too sweet, with an addition of strawberries that gives a fusion touch to a typical Japanese dish. Courteous and helpful waiters, clean restrooms, and a 100% gluten-free menu. It is a bit expensive, but it's really worth stopping by one evening.
