We chose to eat here because they are certified for gluten-free pizza... unfortunately the dough was very heavy and as soon as it cooled down a bit, it became extremely hard and hard to eat. As if that wasn't enough, the service was practically non-existent: rude, hasty staff who didn't pay attention to us. I’m sorry to say it, but it was a dinner to forget.

Beautiful location in the "old" area of Corato, various rooms occupying the floors of a very beautiful historic building. I review the pizza 🍕 and the appetizers, but surely the rest of the menu is valid too. Catalan shrimp is a good starter, and the pizza has slightly high edges (Neapolitan dough) that are very soft, with capocollo, buffalo mozzarella, and "flakes" of ricotta on the sides—very tasty and digestible. Kindness and a great atmosphere. It’s worth mentioning the presence of a whole separate kitchen completely dedicated to various intolerances. Also worth noting are the excessive wait times (perhaps for takeout?).

Very good pizza with a very light dough. Excellent even the gluten-free one. The desserts are also worth trying!
