For my second degree, the pastry chef accepted my request for an order 24 hours in advance for a Sacher cake for 20 people with only fondant icing (one guest was celiac). Super accommodating and the cake was fantastic and excellent, a great success!!!

The site has been under maintenance for weeks, the opening hours have not been updated anywhere, no answering service indicating the store's opening and closing times, or any useful information, a mini sign on the door that requires parking the car (somewhere else since the store's parking lot is closed) to read it because it's so small. Despite being the only gluten-free store in ALL of Bolzano, it has been decided, at a time when gatherings are discouraged, to halve the opening hours, making it IMPOSSIBLE for working people to take advantage of it and to let people out only to find out if and when it is open. With a little bit of intelligence, a business can be managed much better, especially in a particular period like this.
