restaurant in the center of Bolzano, on the main square. many gluten-free options, dishes prepared in a separate area! so very safe. finally I tasted excellent gluten-free canederli and strudel!! perhaps prices are a bit high, but considering everything, I can definitely recommend it!!

Kindness, special attention to celiacs, and a vast selection of gluten-free dishes and alternatives on the menu. I recommend it!

so many gluten-free options!! I had the canederli - they were delicious.

Locale AIC is a regular stop for us in Bolzano. You can also request lactose-free mozzarella (real, not plant-based) on the pizza. Reasonable prices despite being in Walther square.

Location in the city center, they specified on the phone that they pay great attention to gluten-free with a kitchen and chef separate from the rest. The menu indicates what can be taken gf (almost everything) and the food was very good, with the pizza dough made by them. The waiter was a bit cold but overall available. It's a pity that the goulash is not available gluten-free.

In the city center, I tried both the Canederli, which were truly delicious, and their pizza, which for a moment I thought was glutenous because it was so good! Congratulations, highly recommended!

In the center is my go-to gluten-free pizzeria. The place also serves excellent gluten-free first and second courses. Highly recommended.

They have a lot of gluten-free options, including many typical dishes, and the portions are ABUNDANT and not overpriced. I tried the canederli, the scaloppine, and the strudel, and everything was really delicious. They also have beer and bread!

Great selection of gluten-free delights. Try the fornarina, it's exquisite! It's a low focaccia. Many typical local gluten-free dishes and tasty desserts. Oh... the wines are not bad either!!!

Great pizza, the dough seemed homemade, not pre-packaged; moreover, the place is also AIC certified, so safety is maximum!

Local certificate, typical South Tyrolean cuisine even gluten-free. Great lunch, will return. They also brought gluten-free bread.
