For a while now I've been eating gluten-free, I've had it three times but I can't give a good review. The burnt pizza seems fried, the dough crumbles, in short, inedible. With an extra charge of €2.50, I expect something better.

I waited a long time to write this review because I am a regular customer and I understand that an off night can happen, but when months go by and the quality keeps dropping, there must be something wrong. Burnt pizzas, undercooked pizzas, missing ingredients, pizzas not cut when requested for necessity, gluten-free dough more similar to a mush than a pizza, dough that makes you drink all day. It’s a real shame because they have always been punctual, but now the quality of the past is just a vague memory.

We dined in the outdoor area, the waitress was very kind and helpful, we had a one-year-old child and a dog, she arranged everything perfectly. The pizzas are delicious, even the ones with gluten-free dough. Highly recommended.

In Sampierdarena, I believe it is the best in quality, so I recommend it to everyone!

My boyfriend and I are regulars at this pizzeria. He is celiac and has never had any problems; in fact, he enjoys it very much! The "normal" dough is light and tasty, just like the ingredients! The staff is very professional but at the same time friendly! I highly recommend the Mattia pizza!!!
