Everything is delicious and AIC certified. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I found plenty of vegetarian and fish dishes to choose from. A really great menu. I'm looking forward to trying their GF beer, which was awaiting certification before distribution could begin.

Everything is organic, with various vegan options available. Homemade bread and pasta. The entire menu can be made gluten-free. AIC certified. I had two first courses and three desserts (even the gluten-free pasta was excellent). The gluten-free bread is made in-house with naturally gluten-free flours and was so good that I bought a loaf to take home. High-quality ingredients. The chocolate ice cream with a hint of mint was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive service. The restaurant is very clean and beautiful. This restaurant is a treat for the palate. An experience to be repeated. It's nice to see young people working so well. You can see that they put a lot of work and attention into what they do. Thank you.
