One word: EXCEPTIONAL. We asked if it was possible to have dinner despite the hour (10:30 PM, the kitchen would close at 11) and the owner was incredibly kind. The entire menu is gluten-free. The caponata of vegetables was delicious, the grilled octopus with grilled potatoes was amazing and very tender, not to mention the desserts, all gluten-free. We will return tomorrow evening to try the first courses since they make fresh gluten-free pasta. Highly recommended.

La Kantunera was a wonderful surprise. High-quality ingredients prepared with great care. They are very well-prepared for gluten-free options. Usually, I find myself eating poorly made dishes just to be able to nourish myself among others, but at La Kantunera, I enjoyed tasty, high-quality food, cooked to perfection. There is absolutely no gap that a celiac person feels when looking at their own plate compared to others. The octopus (which we shared) is highly recommended: tender and flavorful. And undoubtedly the tagliolini with shrimp and pistachio pesto and tomato. Perfect service, friendly owner, knowledgeable and extremely enjoyable company, chef to adopt.

Sublime pistachio spaghetti, also the Sicilian one. I don't think they have separate kitchens, but there is little gluten on the menu outside of the first courses, while the dining room is gluten-free and therefore very attentive. Recommended!
