The paradise for celiacs! I went with my family to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. We ate very well, from the appetizer to the dessert, all gluten-free, with a wide choice and great attention. I highly recommend it to everyone... celiacs and non-celiacs! Congratulations!

The waiters were very helpful in explaining everything about gluten-free options, with the surcharge already marked in the menu to have a clear idea. The food was excellent and arrived quite quickly. Very small place, to be reserved in advance, and the bathroom is located outside the venue. Overall, an excellent experience!

Fifteen years ago, it was the only restaurant for celiacs in the area, the only hope, indeed. Today it still is, despite the increase in gluten-free places nearby. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair. The atmosphere is warm and family-like; you can really feel the passion that the staff puts into this work, and they show the utmost attention to celiacs. The place is small but welcoming, with tables both inside and outside, and an adjacent parking lot. Every time I've gone to eat there, including special occasions like graduations, birthdays, various sacraments, they have never disappointed me. Keep it up; you are special!

A trattoria discovered by chance, surrounded by large green spaces that, during the beautiful season, almost resemble the Tuscan landscapes. The cuisine is homemade: the menu offers numerous options from the rustic tradition, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. And the best part? It’s possible to request the Gluten Free version of every single dish! They make the GF bread themselves: you must try it to believe in its goodness. In the photo, the greenish dish is GF. Nothing to envy from the gluten option, indeed, neither in presentation nor in portions nor in taste. Exceptional! The location is rustic, simple yet elegant, in line with the proposed cuisine. The service is quick; the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. The quality-price ratio is very good: the portions are generous, the quality of the raw materials is felt, and the price is more than honest. Highly recommended!

We had lunch with 10 people and we were all satisfied. The place is quite spartan, but the food is of excellent quality. We found simple, traditional, and tasty dishes, and there is also the possibility of having all the dishes gluten-free. The thing that surprised me the most is the wide selection of desserts, different from those typically found in restaurants. We will definitely return!

We came to eat here because of the availability of gluten-free food, which we had already tasted with the delivery service. The place is not large and there aren't many seats. The staff were very kind, the ordered dishes arrived very quickly, and the cost is fair for what we ate. The quality is high, traditional dishes but with quality ingredients, the gluten-free ones were delicious, everything was excellent. There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant.

We were here for my daughter's communion. We were all very satisfied, including my son who is gluten-free. We think the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the pike in sauce to the dessert. Generous portions, fresh bread, and excellent gluten-free options. The staff was very kind and attentive. We will return as soon as possible.

Great restaurant, you really eat very well, especially for celiacs, it’s truly a perfect restaurant; they can indulge in everything. The location is unique and characteristic, but you have to get past the awkwardness of the entrance, which is in the dining room... honestly, I'm not used to it, but this place is like that. The service is very quick and straightforward, perfect for the setting, the house wine is very good, and the prices are more than reasonable... it really is a wonderful dinner. P.S. they love dogs, and with my calm labrador, we had a good time; if he had been more restless, there would have been some issues....

If you find yourself in the Solferino area (Mantova) and it's time to eat, take the opportunity to try the trattoria La Speranza, located right at the beginning of the village of "Spia d'Italia." A family-friendly and very welcoming atmosphere prepares you nicely for tasting some truly remarkable dishes. Like the casoncelli (typical ravioli from the Mantova/Brescia area) with bagos dressed with melted butter and sprinkled with parmesan, or the tagliatelle with garlic, olive oil, and chili in a personalized version. The pike in green sauce and the cod with boiled potatoes and cherry tomatoes are excellent. The desserts are also good, like the citrus semifreddo and the meringue. Almost all dishes have a gluten-free version available. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The place is definitely dog-friendly. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Trattoria located in Solferino, practically in the center. Venue in the Aic circuit, suitable for celiacs with a menu from A to Z, including gluten-free options! And here I say it myself, you don't feel different; everything is homemade and identical to the glutenous version. The bread was made in muffin molds, strictly homemade, and was delicious without any aftertaste. We chose two tasting menus (one gluten-free and the other not) consisting of a platter of cured meats with pear mustard (which is of good quality for those who like it) and delicious cheeses; the salami had little garlic, crunchy pancetta crostini (we wanted to eat another 10!!), Speck, pancetta, a double portion of traditional Mantovani capunsei (made of treated bread and amaretto), clearly handmade with a lot of passion and quality—these were not packaged products—plus casoncelli (yellow in the photo) filled with ricotta (though I'm not sure now), but they were really delicious! Large and tasty! For the main dish, there was sliced beef with green pepper and roasted potatoes. A dessert of your choice (there were so many that I didn't know what to choose) including pistachio tiramisu, citrus semifreddo with passion fruit sauce, hope cake with ice cream, chocolate cake with currants, and many other delights. Anyway, the bill after eating so much for two, with two complete menus and super positions, plus a bottle of water, was only 58 euros!!! A must-try and to visit again! Possibility to dine outside under the gazebos in the summer, right in front of the restaurant entrance.
