NOT RECOMMENDED. Unprepared staff and owner who takes celiac disease lightly.

Good and large pizza. Excellent home delivery service and reasonable price.

Attention! They are AIC certified but do not comply with the regulations: they delivered the takeaway pizzas placing the gluten-free one on top! Unacceptable from an AIC establishment.

Spacious, not flashy locale, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza is quite unappetizing, pale, plastic-like dough with a hard edge and a soft center. The topping chosen has only olives, minimal and uncared for. Appearance of the pizza as in the photo. For me, it doesn't quite align with adjectives like *issima, *isita, *onale, etc. It doesn't seem to weigh on the stomach, so I would say the ingredients and yeast are good. Lastly, I must admit that €8 for gluten-free and lactose-free with olives and no extra charge is very fair.

Personally, I had a focaccia from Recco and it wasn't bad, perhaps a bit too much oil (see photo). I can't give an opinion on the pizzas since I haven't tried them; some at the table liked them a lot while others liked them a bit less. What I can advise you is to specify when ordering if you want the classic Genovese pizza. In fact, the nice thing about this place is that everyone can choose whether to have a pinsa, a Neapolitan pizza (thick) or a Genovese pizza (thin). It’s important to communicate this because otherwise they will serve the Neapolitan one (justly from true Naples ;) ). There is also pizza for celiacs. Normal dessert. Another thing I liked about the place is the presence of a basement area where we ate, which can be used for organizing birthday parties, graduations, etc., which is not to be taken for granted on the Riviera.

The pizza was good, but perhaps they could have kept it in a bit longer to make it crispier. There are 5 types of dough, including gluten-free, which is great. However, I ordered a Napoli and what I got was a poorly stretched dough; it had a hole in the center, as you can see, and it looked like a black hole—too thin in the middle. Unfortunately, the service was not good. They were quite noisy when setting up the tables and arranging the utensils. We weren’t in a particular hurry, but it took exactly 1 hour from ordering to when the pizzas were on the table... I’d say that’s too long, especially since the place was only half empty at that time.
