Most things are really good, the irises, the bread, various pastries and arancini. I would only reconsider the rotisserie side like schiacciate and cartocciate. The contamination is obviously very safe, especially since the owner is celiac, so he pays even more attention.

It's one of the few bakeries where they don't use gluten-free flour. It's not very convenient for me to go there. They make excellent bread, fabulous almond paste, fairly good pastries, a decent scacciata, and a shamefully bad hot dish, garbage for the dog. I don't understand how one place can reach very high levels of goodness for some things and allow itself to serve authentic rubbish for the hot dishes. Safety 10 out of 10, there's no doubt about that!
