I found myself stopping in the area for work for a week and couldn't help but make it a regular stop. Everything is delicious, both sweet and savory. I've been gluten-free for 23 years and can say that these are among the best products I've ever eaten, if not the best. The product is always excellent, from just out of the oven to the evening, without needing to be reheated. A paradise for all celiacs who pass by. MAGNIFICENT.

Generally, in other gluten-free bakeries, there are very few products and sometimes they are available only on order, but here it feels like entering a regular bakery. Congratulations! A small family-run shop but with a wide selection of sweet and savory. The wife, who is the artist, is really good because she produces excellent homemade products. Searching on Google for a store in Catania that sells gluten-free baked goods, we found "Glutine...? NO thanks". To ensure they had arancini and baked products, we called the management who confirmed that the requested products would be available. In the evening, we purchased bread, arancini, cartocciate, and pizza—all gluten-free. My daughter immediately ate the potato pizza, claiming it was definitely the best pizza she had ever eaten. We can say the same for the arancini and the bread. The bread also stayed fresh the next day. Courtesy and availability of the store management, who also advised us on product selection, were noteworthy. It is necessary to reserve in the morning if you want to shop in the evening before closing to avoid not finding the products. Payment can also be made by card. Obviously, we went back!

Beautiful experience. Small place, but great selection for breakfast. My daughter had a pastry with Nutella, two sweet rolls—one with chocolate chips and one plain—and then we tasted a sesame roll. Everything was really good. We will return and want to try the savory options. I come from Padua and I have never eaten such real and good bread.. Compliments to the baker.. There is a wide choice of bread, there are pastries, little pizzas.. excellent continuous hours. The staff is friendly and approachable.. Absolutely worth trying if you pass by!!!
