I come from Milan, where we have tons of SG venues and many Neapolitan-style pizzerias... but I have never eaten a pizza like this. The best gluten-free pizza I have ever tried. The dough is incredibly light and super flavorful, the quality of the ingredients is top-notch, truly a guarantee.

Great pizza! The staff is very caring; the first thing they ask is if there are any food intolerances. The pizza is slightly smaller than average, but that's fine because it’s hard to finish it 😅 There’s no surcharge for gluten-free. I recommend it; I really liked it!

Gluten-free pizza truly very good. They also have a very good craft beer, to change from the usual Peroni gluten-free that you usually find, when you can find it. Very happy

Everything was great, but the owner on Via Pantano was rude. In winter, on a Wednesday in February, the place was empty, and he refused to let us in without a reservation. There were three of us after the cinema. He has no idea what it means to offer service to someone with serious dietary restrictions. A tourist arrives who eats gluten-free and wheat-free and has no home or reservation? He kicks them out while waving a business card! The staff on Via Umberto, however, were very polite. Anyway, the pizza is excellent, and you are in a safe spot. But you need to plan and make a phone call.

I was at the location on via Pantano, I recommend making a reservation because the place is always full. The person who took the orders was able to perfectly illustrate and explain all the gluten-free alternatives. I had an excellent pizza, with a thick and soft crust, and typical Sicilian fried foods as an appetizer. A blissful gluten-free experience!

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. Perfect for celiacs. The service is excellent and the venue is very nice. In my modest opinion, it is the best pizzeria in all of Catania and surrounding areas.
