Here I am too. I start with the assumption that I have always been taught that if you have reason to say unpleasant things, it is better not to say them at all. However, the exception requires, with the kindness that has never been reserved for me by the person in question, that I must confirm what I have read in the various previous negative reviews. Being objective, as my humble integrity imposes, it is true that the food is very good, although perhaps a bit expensive, just as it is true that there are few places where gluten-free products can be found. But this is not a sufficient reason, on which the owners heavily rely, to give them the right to treat customers not only with infinite impatience and rudeness, but also with gratuitous boorishness that has truly exceeded every limit. To tell the truth, I sensed this unhealthy atmosphere right away, tempting me not to return, but out of necessity, I tried to overlook it. Well! It is now time for them to realize, at least for a moment, their incredibly wrong attitude that many of us have encountered, and that many others, I am sure, are silent out of politeness as I have until now. By continuing like this, just to avoid going there again, people will certainly prefer to dedicate their limited time to home production of gluten-free food. Fortunately, there are other places to get supplies, perhaps less convenient for me in terms of distance, but where at least, in addition to quality, you also find human courtesy, kindness, and professionalism that opens all doors.

I preface this by saying that I have been to this store numerous times, spending quite a bit (the food is quite good), and I have always been shocked by the total rudeness and disrespect of the two women at the counter. One day I even asked for a bag, and one of them literally threw it at me with a huff, as if I had asked for something outrageous. You can't even ask a very simple question without getting a snappy and unpleasant response. My decision to never return was cemented when, after politely pointing out that the ham inside a calzone was sour, the cashier started yelling at me and insulting me, saying "who do you think you are?!" and other totally inappropriate things. Unfortunately, just because gluten-free shops are few, some people feel justified in treating customers however they want, without ever trying to muster a smile or be minimally polite. I preferred to switch bakeries going over 30 minutes from my home (it's called "Gluten? No thanks") just to avoid dealing with these people again; at least in this new one, the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and, by the way, also much better stocked. I honestly recommend them.

Gluten-free food is exceptional, they have dairy-free options for those with issues, the problem is the rude owners who do not accommodate customers. I politely asked to set aside a piece of hot food since I live far from where they are, and I was denied with 'what you see is what you get.' I've never experienced such service. Yes, some people shouldn’t work in customer service. I am a customer who spends at least 20 euros every time I go; they will never see me again, even if it means not eating their pastries. By the way, better to go hungry than to deal with people like that.

Truly exceptional gluten-free products (delicious croissants). However, the service turned out to be terrible: after clearly stating twice that I am lactose intolerant, they still sold me products containing lactose which made me feel unwell. To avoid such unpleasant situations from happening again, I would suggest greater attention and friendliness towards customers, instead of rude and curt manners.

I called to reserve some bread, but upon my arrival, only a third of the requested quantity was reserved for me. My reservation was ignored, and what was agreed upon over the phone was not respected. I found the staff arrogant and unhelpful towards customers.

Artisans for sure and Masters of gluten-free. The best place in Catania to enjoy gluten-free food... first courses, second courses, bread, pizza, hot dishes, and sweets of all kinds. In short, if you are celiac, it is a must-stop to taste the local specialties that are strictly gluten-free.

I can only say that this place for someone with celiac disease is paradise on Earth. The bread is apotheosis, the deli is enchanting, and the pastries are no less remarkable... compared to other gluten-free bakeries, the bread can be eaten without any need to heat it up even the next day! What can I say... there should be many more artisans as well-prepared as this ❤️🔝

The location is central and easily reachable, and everything they have is absolutely excellent! The lady was very courteous and helpful. I got some bread, breadsticks, and small pizzas with potatoes. Everything was delicious, of excellent quality, and all fresh. The pizzas especially, I devoured them right away because they were irresistible.

Shameful experience this morning: I entered the bakery to buy 4 jam pastries for my children and politely asked the lady at the counter, "Can you tell me if 4 small pastries are equivalent to one large one?" I was shocked by the rudeness of this "woman" who, without any reason, curtly answered me in thick Sicilian, "I don't know. If you eat them one by one, then when you get to the last one, you'll understand if it's enough". I should mention that I had come before to buy products; obviously, I will never return again!! Manners and respect come first, disgusting!!!!
