Over the years, I've had the chance to enjoy Federico Guardascione's growth in the quest for the perfect gluten-free dough. He has far exceeded the test of pizza served at the table as 'normal,' and no one doubted it was gluten-free. I believe they should make him an ambassador for gluten-free food around the world. You won't find a better pizza.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten! Light and tasty. Compared to my boyfriend's pizza (with gluten), he said it's almost impossible to distinguish them by taste and appearance. The mixed fried food is super crispy and almost all the desserts are gluten-free and made in-house. I highly recommend trying this magical place that made me forget I am celiac :)

I was at this place during my vacation in Naples. I ordered a mixed fried platter and a margherita pizza. For gluten-free options, it's not possible to order individual fried items, only the mixed fried platter which includes two polentina, two arancini, two croquettes, two pasta frittatas, and some chips. The fried food was very good, especially the croquettes! The pizza was good, but honestly, I expected much more. There is no contamination at all because there is a separate kitchen and the waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it.

Great pizzeria with independent kitchen and oven for gluten-free pizza and cuisine, good fried foods, very large and air-conditioned indoor room, centrally located near via Cilea. The truffle pizza is good, but according to the photos and menu descriptions, it should come with truffle slices, while I received it with truffle extract sauce, which should be specified in the menu for clarity. Good selection of beers and wine list. Friendly staff, average prices. The cashier was a bit confused, made a mistake with the change, but refunded me upon my complaint. Overall, I recommend it especially for those with celiac disease.
