I do not recommend the pumpkin cappellacci. The dough is good, but the pumpkin ruins the whole dish. Maybe change the supplier. The bread is not bad. Also, the service is poor, with a 20-minute wait (3 people in front).

A true paradise for gluten-free and lactose-free! There is so much choice and everything is so good that every time you really want to try it all. From pastries to brioche, from bread to pizza, from first courses to sandwiches and piadina, from cakes to fresh pasta... between savory and sweet there is really an embarrassment of choice, all excellent! Very nice and well-kept environment, a perfect place to take a relaxing break or have lunch with truly great products! A big applause to the owners!

I went to buy something for a colleague, who has a rather long list of allergies, unfortunately for her. She had told me she had already been to this place and had a good experience, so I thought I would be safe in terms of quality and especially safety. The experience was partially ruined by the lady who was serving, to whom I wanted to show my colleague's list of allergies to help me choose the best products. Her response was, with a huff: “Oh no, not today!” as if I had asked her for something impossible. I must point out that there were customers, but not excessively so. The fact is that, regardless, my decision was much quicker than the time the lady took to make this very unkind remark, directed at someone who, unfortunately, cannot eat everything. I hope the lady will be more sensitive to any future requests from my colleague; as for me, I certainly will not return to this place unless it is expressly requested by this colleague.

What can I say about this activity? Simply fantastic.. they always manage to meet everyone's needs! They are super attentive to requests from people with serious allergies, with special preparations and no contamination! I have many allergies and after 10 years of visiting this place, I have never had any problems! Excellent staff, always available and friendly. Great service even during the Covid period with home deliveries.. If I had to find a flaw.. ATTENTION to the small pastries, they are TOO GOOD 😂 it creates an addiction.. just kidding, great job guys!

It has been over ten years since we have been served by Capricci Senza Glutine. My daughter, who is severely allergic to milk proteins and eggs, in addition to being celiac, has never had any issues. They are always very attentive and helpful. Thanks to them, my daughter has been able to eat things otherwise impossible: cappellacci and tortellini, as well as numerous cakes for the most special events and the fantastic vegan brioche, including pistachio, a dream! Seriousness and professionalism! Highly recommended!

Here it was time for a treat, as many times... so what better gift than going to Luca and Susi, guys, thank you so much... for your smiles, for your welcome, but above all for your products. Here, I can choose from sweet to savory without fearing I’ll get sick... considering the attention to the raw materials, given my exaggerated dysfunction, where just one ingredient can make me faint and feel terrible. But you know what a relief it is to think I can eat everything without fearing I’ll faint in public! So, thank you, thank you for the attention to the customer, the attention to the product, to the raw materials. Thank you, because every time it's a true gift for the body and the soul.

I have been visiting Capricci Senza Glutine since its opening, and with a severe milk allergy, I can say that it is one of the few places where I really feel safe. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and especially willing to provide explanations if I have doubts about the new products that occasionally appear. In all these years, I have never had contamination issues. Moreover, the food is excellent and the variety is surprising. A reliable and quality venue, I recommend it without hesitation! The place is a Bentegodi of gluten-free food for those like me who are celiac. Not all gluten-free places are so well-equipped and, among other things, well-maintained and clean.

This morning, for the first time, I managed to go to this bakery and bought various products to taste... well girls, congratulations!!! Everything is delicious! The bombolone with cream looks like a "normal" bombolone, the pizza and focaccia are wonderful, as are the sandwiches and filled roundels! Unfortunately, the prices, like for everything gluten-free, are a bit high, but in terms of taste, they have nothing to fear compared to a good gluten product! My daughter was super super satisfied! Too bad we live so far away...

Really exceptional February 2022 Wide selection of gluten-free baked goods, both sweet and savory, really good and well made (the maritozzi and bomboloni were special!). There is also the possibility to enjoy some homemade pasta with fresh toppings made on the spot, delicious. Attentive and kind staff. All products can be consumed on site or for takeout. Highly recommended.

A truly fantastic place, finally a venue where there are products for intolerant/allergic people, the staff is very friendly. The cakes are exquisite, especially the semifreddos. We stopped for a little break with my son who is celiac. I knew the place of the old headquarters on Via Bologna but not being from Ferrara, I had not yet had the opportunity to visit the new location. Entrust your allergies or intolerances (assuming gluten) to the lady who runs this place when you enter; she will guide you in discovering a world of unique flavors. Their family management is continuously searching, like true chemists, for the ongoing balance of ever more natural and fresh ingredients, to provide customers with not only a tasty product but also a healthy one, a product free from additives as much as possible. Their research is extraordinary. Thank you for being there. During this holiday season, by reservation, they offer pandori, traditional panettone with candied fruit from Calabria, and chocolate panettone. A particular chocolate made by a small local company that works directly with cacao beans to create a unique chocolate. Prices are higher than normal, but a celiac knows this perfectly; that doesn't take away from the fact that it remains money well spent, and as we know, a "Capriccio" is always priceless.
