Traditional venue located in the basement of Casa Conoscenti, built at the end of the 13th century. We have around a hundred seats (which allows us to accommodate large groups as well). Our cuisine is simple yet of high quality, as we have chosen to source raw materials from local producers, which we prepare according to traditional recipes. The pasta is rolled out by hand by our pasta makers, the meat comes from organic farming, and the ham is prepared daily, along with crescentine made by us and cooked in lard, following tradition. We pay great attention to Gluten Free.
