Typical dishes, homemade bread. First courses to lick your lips and sublime desserts. Craft beer in bottles and local organic wines available. Emanuele is a host marked by competence and hospitality. I had been there 6 years ago and confirm the excellent impression. Everything is gluten-free. Highly recommended!!!

Spectacular, absolutely worth trying.

Completely gluten-free locale! Local dishes, everything we ordered was good. Courteous staff and delivery times were normal. Recommended!

I start by saying that the food is truly exquisite. We had the octopus on a potato cream and the truffle risotto. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The waiter (only one for the whole place) was not attentive to our needs (we waited more than half an hour for water and bread). The starters and main courses arrived after more than an hour. The prices are too high for the environment, especially considering the size of the portions, which were really too small. We left still feeling hungry. Overall, I would say both the service and the prices/portions need improvement. However, the food was indeed of excellent quality.

I took a pizza for takeout. Definitely good, you can tell it's made with quality ingredients. Super honest price. Wow!

Really fantastic place. Great professionalism and courtesy. Typical traditional dishes with excellent quality of raw materials. We will definitely return.

I have never found a place so specialized in gluten-free. Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it!

What a great find this place is!! The pizza is so good that it doesn't even taste gluten free! Everything is excellent: from the octopus cooked at 72 degrees... The special tiramisu is a must-try! The restrooms are spotless! Highly recommend!!

One of the best gluten-free places! Really recommended!

Only gluten-free. Pasta and bread made by them. Everything is truly delicious. The only downside is the price! Very expensive and the portions are very small.

Everything is very good and typical. The staff is friendly and courteous, but when you sit at the table, forget the clock: long waits for both ordering and eating.

Found in Matera for a day trip, I discovered this place and it made everything more beautiful. A wonderful find, the appetizers were truly fantastic, and the first course was really good; I even sopped up the sauce. Approved by my non-celiac partner as well, great job guys, excellent staff and service, accommodating, super kind, and attentive to the customer.

The bread is very good, but unfortunately the service was rude. In addition to the bakery, they also have a restaurant. The bakery opens at 12:30 and closes at 15:00. I went at 14:00 and they had run out of everything except for the bread. It's not possible that the only AIC bakery in Matera has so few items.

We tasted various dishes including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and dessert, and everything was delicious, featuring typical regional dishes. The service was a bit slow, which allowed us to enjoy the evening, and the waiter was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great food, we went two evenings in a row. The first time we had appetizers and a first course, the second time pizza. We had a wonderful experience, everything was very good.

What can I say... here it's the non-celiacs who have to adapt, haha, it's the premise they give you when you enter. EVERYTHING is gluten-free and lactose-free. You can have lunch and dinner, and there's the option for takeout, both sweet and savory. The beauty of being able to try dishes from the Lucanian tradition (including crunchy peppers!) in complete safety and delicious burrata is priceless. Family-run, and you can see the love in the dishes. The service is a bit slow, but if you're on vacation, what’s the problem? Great job!

It was the discovery of discoveries. The walk in Matera was much more enjoyable and beautiful thanks to this place, with gluten-free and lactose-free products of endless goodness. They were also liked by non-celiac friends. Furthermore, there is a wide selection of artisanal products with shipping all over Italy!!
