Really delicious pizza, super available and friendly staff, and a clean venue. I believe I can say that the pizza eaten in this place is one of the best I have tried so far, I am very happy to have made this discovery!

Very good Neapolitan style pizza. A bit expensive compared to the usual, but you are in the historical center of Brescia! A must-try.

super tasty gluten-free pizza

impeccable service, pizza not bad although I had a bit of difficulty digesting it. The desserts are delicious and there are many lactose-free variants.

Gluten-free pizza is excellent, definitely among the best eaten lately. I give 4 stars only for the waiting time between ordering and the arrival of the pizza.

Reading the reviews, I see that you haven't responded to anyone, not even to those who felt unwell eating the gluten-free food, which is very serious especially regarding contamination. Many criticize the prices and availability, for these reasons, I thank everyone who reviewed and will go elsewhere. Dear Sir, I add to the review, after your response, that you did not absolutely understand the seriousness of the fact that some celiac individuals rely on your company in the hope of being able to eat peacefully; instead, it seems that (from previous reviews I was referring to) this is not always the case. IT CANNOT HAPPEN that a celiac person gets sick in a restaurant that boasts a kitchen and not only, suitable and compliant to make gluten-free dishes, you must understand this. .... People are getting sick and have to go to the hospital due to your carelessness/negligence, and another serious thing is that you read (it seems) the reviews, which concern you both "for better" and "for worse" and you do not respond to those who felt unwell eating in your place, this is very serious, and NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED, so that people know well what you are interested in and what you are not.... And with this clarification, I greet you and thank you for the response, which helped me make my review clearer to others. Good work.

Discovered casually while strolling through the center of Brescia. They have many GLUTEN-FREE options and a vast menu with pizzas and more. Charming and fast service, exquisite food, and a central location. Perfect for a romantic dinner with a view of the cathedral. Recommended!!

I went to this pizzeria 6/7 times mainly for the gluten-free option. The gluten-free dough has worsened over time and I don't find it digestible, the toppings are good though. The regular pizza is good. Very slow service, we arrived at 20:35 and the drinks came at 21:00, the regular pizza at 21:45, and the gluten-free one at least 10 minutes later. The bill was fair (3 margheritas, one beer, and one water, 49€). The downside (in addition to the extremely slow service) is the rudeness at the time of the bill: they make it clear from the outset that they don't do separate bills but don't mention that it's not possible to pay separately. When we requested to have a single bill with one receipt but to pay separately, the owner, with little courtesy, told us that it wasn't fiscally legal and when I tried to contradict him, he arrogantly asked if I was by chance an accountant. I'm not saying anything new compared to other reviews anyway...

Discovered by chance, the place is part of the AIC circuit. We found the gluten-free pizza good, unfortunately the traditional one was a bit less good. A margherita that looked perfect but was completely burnt underneath; I struggled to find something edible. I suggest better cleaning of the oven floor to avoid this unpleasant bitter burnt aftertaste (which is also harmful). Discreet service, considering the leftover pizza on the plate showed absolute disinterest in customer satisfaction.

I went to Vicolo Corto with my partner and a couple of friends. I am the only one with celiac disease and we chose this place to try their gluten-free pizza. The pizza was very good, visually appealing, consistent, and had a great taste. The normal pizza was equally appreciated, with very good ingredients and unusual yet pleasing combinations. The owners were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about celiac disease. For those who want to finish with a dessert, they have gluten-free options; we tried the cheesecake, which perhaps lacked a bit of the crunchy part of the biscuit, but overall the flavor was very good.

A small but very welcoming pizzeria, the tables are mostly positioned in the alley, with only a few inside. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about food intolerances. I highly recommend the pizza with "Franto" flour dough. For those who are celiac (important to indicate how many people are celiac), they can enjoy a really good pizza, and the owner is always available to explain the technique and products used in their doughs. The dessert is also excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great experience at this place in the center of Brescia, practically in Piazza Duomo on a Sunday lunch. Reservation recommended, I called about half an hour in advance, and when we arrived, the place was practically full. The staff was very kind and prepared, the waiting time was just right (10/15 minutes from the order). Gluten-free four-cheese pizza was amazing, never tasted such good one (homemade dough, hard to find around here) and my wife had the one made with crushed wheat, beautiful, tasty (even my son liked it) and filling! Ingredients of excellent quality and care in the dough and cooking.

As suggested by a gluten-free food customer, the gluten-free pizza did not disappoint. The regular pizza was also excellent. The venue is small but convenient, and reservations are necessary to avoid surprises. It rightfully enters the top 5 pizzerias in Brescia, ranked 1st for the city center. Pizza made with whole wheat flour was really excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful. The place is a bit small and the prices are slightly high, but we were just a step away from the Duomo. The gluten-free pizza was also very good.
